Zoloft and pregnancy

Hi.... I'm having a really hard time ... I keep making up these horrible stories about my husband cheating on me and he's the sweetest person ever he does everything befor me and our my boys and I keep accusing him Zoloft use to help me with these crazy thought and since I became pregnant I have stopped I can't keep doing this I feel like I might lose him but I don't want to take my Zoloft because I'm worried for the baby. Has anyone taking Zoloft and pregnant ??? Please help
