Contractions 23 weeks

Hey ladies, so I went yesturday to the doctor. While having an ultrasound they could see I was having Braxton hicks. Was told to take it easy until my next appointment. Which is march 10th. I have been literally relaxing on my couch since i got home at 2 yesturday. I have been cramping and uncomfortable since. Anyone had anything like this and it go away? If mine doesn't stop I'll be going to the hospital.
