Cm and pregnancy

I was diagnosed PCOS few months ago and Im cd13 of my second round of clomid 100mg. I made some research on internet and read that clomid often make women ovulate but has an impact on endometrium + cervical mucus,ending in problem with implantation. I'm really dry around ovulation and have creamy cm the other days.... I tried preseed last cycle but it didnt work so this cycle we havent use it. Can I still be pregnant with clomid? Any story of advice would be appreciated!
