Does anyone get a real nasty pain in left lower side near hip but more left uterus side kinda ? ... I seem to get it a lot it's really painful and I struggle to get out of bed with the pain I am on an 11 percent risk of pregnancy today and it's apparently my fertile time according to glow ... Some months I don't get it some I do always seems be during fertile time so I gathered it's ovulation but it's ever so painful so would love to hear some ways of dealing with it ? What do people use ? Is there anything I can do to relieve this pain ? Help needed I'm getting desperate
