Pelvic exam

I did a lot of pelvic exam in my life, with my first pregnancy and before , I went to the doctor today to see my little baby and she didn a pelvic exam  and abdominal ultrasounds, my baby its fine good heart rate anyway I felt pain when she did the pelvic exam and after short  time I started to bleed  , I'm very mad I can't believe she didn't take care , any stories here about bleeding after pelvic exam??
