Minimum wage

Why is it that people are against minimum wage increases it is something I don't understand. Corporations have all the power and they have us fighting each other to support them. They have our minds so twisted that they have us believing minimum wage workers don't deserve a living wage, and that we should be okay with either covering the rest of minimum wage workers wages through social programs like food stamps, Medicaid, etc. And many times they are the same people who are in favor of eliminating said programs. We sit up here and believe that minimum wage workers are lazy while they are slowly taking our jobs and shipping them overseas or introducing technologies to eliminate jobs while cutting the tax rate making us believe they will create jobs when most of the time their goals is only to pocket the extra money. If it isn't in their favor to create new jobs they are not going to do it. we are still arguing over who deserves what because people are fighting for jobs that are disappearing. And it's not just minimum wage jobs. I have seen it in the where I work (a field that requires a 4 year degree from an accredited university) these corporations will ship people over here and pay them sometimes 10, 20 or even 30% more than what the average American is making for the same job. And most of the time it hurts our economy because many of those workers send the majority of their money back to their families in their home country.

Instead of fighting each other we should be fighting against the corporations
