Anyone know about HCG levels ?

So I've been convinced it was twins anyways I went for blood work yesterday. I ovulated on the 26th and today isn't even a mth later and my HCG levels are 1,800. 
I've thought it was twins and now I'm wondering is that high for almost 4 weeks?

I don't know what levels would raise a red flag... My levels were checked and gave no indication I was having twins and I am. I don't know what they were tho.

Anyone know about HCG levels ?
