Abdominal pain

I am 10 weeks pregnant, and this morning when I woke up I realized this dull consistent pain in the right side of my abdomen. We had an ultrasound at 8 weeks 3 days, and the baby was perfectly healthy. I am concerned because I'm not sure why I am experiencing it, but it feels like either a UTI or kidney stone. It hurts more when I push myself to go to the bathroom because I am very constipated and gassy. What do you think it could be?
