OHSS...Need some sympathy and to know I'm not alone!

Hi ladies! I'm newly pregnant for the first time thanks to the miracle that is ivf. Everything went so great and when I got pregnant (with twins!) the agony started. I developed ohss(ovarian hyperstim) most likely a moderate case. Im now almost 7 weeks. My left ovary is super huge with multiple cysts as I had quite a lot of follicles, 22eggs retrieved. Most of my swelling has gone but now I experience painful cramp-like pain on my left side, generally after having a bm. It lasts for hours and varies in degrees of pain. Anybody els out there experienced anything similar, even remotely with post ivf success? I'm also just curious of others experience with ohss, so that I can commiserate :)
