A baby

So I'm 17 and I'll be 18 in less than a year and I have a boyfriend who I've known since 7th grade and we've always been on and off until about 5 months ago we started being serious and I am completely in love with him and he's completely in love with me. Sometimes my mind wanders and I'll get thoughts of wanting a baby with him and I'm not saying that we're ready to have one because I know he's not but in a way I am... I know we should both wait until we are financially stable but is it bad for me to even think about it or consider it?
