Goal Buddies?
Looking for a buddy to help with weight loss and TTC.
I'm 24 and TTC #1
I'm currently weighing 132lbs and I'm 5'2"
It's not a bad weight but I'm nearing the end of my healthy BMI for conception.
I want to lose are 12 pounds and tone up so I can get pregnant and have a healthy and safe pregnancy
My husband and I were married in August 27th 2015.
I work at a school as a teaching assistant on special education.
I'm lightly active and try to eat health but it's just not cutting it anymore.
Anyone in the same position as me?
