TTC IVF with severe endometriosis

My world came shattering down on me. RE says I have severa endometriosis...with endometrioma cysts on both ovaries 3 cm each. He suggested we go with IVF and if I don't get pregnant we get laparoscopy surgery. I'm 35 years old, with around 10 follicles and 9.6 FSH. RE says if  we go the surgery route we may hurt the follicles. I wonder will I ever get pregnant my husband loves kids. I'm confused, sad and feeling bad for my husband. I have been seeing doctors since the last 5 years and only this RE could detect endo. Are there any home remedies to reduce the cysts?, naturopathy or any suggestions. Greatly appreciated
