Anyone used a mini crib versus a regular size crib?

Need to make room and I've never made use of my other children's cribs.. Was going to try a mini crib! Help!

I wouldn't get a mini crib because I don't think it will last very long with the baby growing. I think it would be best to invest in a normal crib and maybe one that converts into a toddler bed and regular bed so you get your money worth and it's grows with the child :)

I haven't, but when we looked at them in the store my first thought was that baby could climb out sooner than in a full size (baby #6, so I'm accustomed to climbers lol). Idk how low the mattress can go, that's what I'd compare first if I were you.

The baby prob grows out of it very quickly and might be a waste

I will be getting a mini crib to save on space. You'd be surprised how big an actual crib is, and a mini crib can last at least 18 months to 2 years old. Most should have 2 levels just like a normal crib so that you can bring the mattress down once they start pulling themselves up. My in-laws bought one for when we/other people with small children come visit and it's great!
