help what should i do

ok mommies i need yall's help im 8 weeks prego for the past couple of days i have been spoting like pink blood today as i went to wipe i noticed the spoting was no longer spotting it has became an on and off think the color of my discharge has turned in to a brown and it is mostly to appear when i wipe only i can wear a pad but none will get on it only when i wipe should i be concerned or is this normal i do have some cramping but its not to bad i have constant nausea neve goes away what an this be im scared i might be having a misscarage
