TTC Fact or Fiction??

Have you heard or read a comment that has confused you while TTC?

The one i recently heard is "try not to use tampons when TTC"

Has anyone else heard of this or any others that have made you think twice about your everyday life while TTC?

Most of that is Wives Tales, tampons don't do anything, except MAYBE change the pH of your vag, which can affect sperm but probably not by much. You can remedy that by using an organic cotton tampon. I know nothing about pineapple cores...but, don't make yourselves crazy with all these do's and dont's, women have been getting pregnant for thousands of years without the internet lol, I think we could all use a dose of Chillax.

Some one also told me don't eat pineapple core... But I heard it was good to eat while TTC.. So bloody confused!!
