Possible pregnancy?

I stopped taking my birth control at the end of January. A week past when I should have ovulated, my husband and I had unprotected sex. I'm now 1 day late, and feeling warmer than usual and I can feel my heart racing constantly. Opinions?

Well first of all, it is possible you are pregnant. However, those symptoms you're feeling will not be pregnancy side effects since its WAYYYY too early to have pregnancy symptoms. You're only one day late and periods are weird and unpredictable so I would say wait another week then take a pregnancy test or go to your doctor if your period still hasn't come. The hot flashes could be from stopping the birth control or your period starting.
