Baby in NICU

Has anyone else had to go through the experience of leaving their newborn in NICU after being discharged from the hospital? We had a lot of complications so he's being carefully watched over by a great team. I'm just really heartbroken I don't get to take him home with me and it's killing me inside that We're gonna have to leave here tomorrow without him. Just need some words of encouragement 😔
