First day on Femara 5mg

Well after 3 years of unprotected sex.10 months actively tracking but they cant find anuthing wrong with my hsuband and I..they diagnosed us with "unexplained infertility "..anyhow its my first month on femara and we are praying so hard this "miracle drug " works..wishing baby bust to all you ladies! Sprinkle some on me too...oh and so far no side effects at all i feel great. Any helpful tips advice or success stories wouls be greatlt appreciated. Anyone on here try femara?
