What to buy for a second baby?!?!

So this is my 2nd child and it is a girl. I also have a 4 year old daughter. I was just wondering, besides diapers, wipes, lotions, bath stuff, etc, what else do I need for her? We're using the same crib and my MIL is buying the nursery decor. And I still have all of my older daughters baby clothes that are in great shape. Is there really anything else I need?

A baby carrier is a must with more than one child. Sometime you just need to be hands free. Also a baby monitor if you don't already have one. Just so you can still be watching baby, say in the crib sleeping, while you are tending to your 4 year old. A double stroller, idk why, the big ones don't like feeling left out and want to ride too 😏. Big sister tshirt and gift for hospital to make her feel special and apart of this new normal.

I need a new play mat for second girl but other than that in my registry I put cloth diapers since that's what I plan on using, breastfeeding supplies because I need new tubing, bottles, etc. and

A swing, pack n play , a bouncy seat, a play Matt for the baby to do tummy time on. If you need new bath towels and bathtub swaddle blankets new bottles the list goes on. I luckily have a bunch from my last but still need some new stuff for her

I put new blankets for baby #2 on a registry, and diapers. There's not much other than that.

I'm in the same boat - third boy though. The other things I checked:

If you breastfeed and pump - replace tubes and such.
Check nipples for bottles, they should probably be replaced.

There isn't really a whole lot you need, unless your baby is being born in a different season.
