I have some that I use when I am really engorged to help collect my milk from the other side if I leak when nursing. I'm a pumping/bfing/working mom so every drop is precious to get us to that year goal. I had to do half breast milk and half formula after 6 months with my first because my pump broke. Trying not to let that happen with my second.
