Period on continuous cycle?

I use my pills to stop my period, I have for 8 years now, but I missed one day and now I'm on day 8 of spotting. I've never started from just missing a day, a few days maybe. Do you guys think somethings up? I have an appointment scheduled. I'm taking aubra, this is my 7th pack of this pill after switching from microgestin f/e. Has anyone who takes this pill had the same problem? The cramps are killer and today the blood was very watery and almost pinkish/clear. My last period was in October and lasted 2 days
