I recently stopped taking the pill (Zarah 28's) about 3 weeks ago because I've not been having sex and the adverse effects outweighed the benefits and with my busy, inconsistent schedule, it just became too much of a hassle and it just wasn't worth it anymore because I don't need it now. My period is several days late and I was just curious how long it takes to re-regulate after stopping it. Thanks, girls!
