Prenatal vitamins - script or not?

Thoughts on prescription prenatals vs over the counter and if over the counter how much is too much to spend on quality? I'm pretty into natural things and bought these but wonder if my wallet will be regretting them? If I went the prescription route, they would be free to me but I don't know if I would be cutting corners that way...am I over thinking? What brands do you recommend
