is this normal

i have a question and im worried im 5 weeks pregnant had a miscarrige with my last i went to the er because i was having cramping there was no visual yolk sac or fetal pole but that there was round fluid collection in the fundal endometrial cavity most likely representing a gestational sac is this....is this normal to see sins its to early??? and my hgc level was more then 7000
