Anyone else with SI joint pain? 10w4d

My SI joint pain started about 9w and has continued into, almost 11wks. It is starting to die out a little but its very uncomfortable. Feels like my back hips constantly need to crack but are also very painful. It hurts standing up, sitting down, walking, turning over, putting pressure on legs, etc. i heard this is normal in pregnancy ( your ligaments  softening is prep for labor) it jist makes me nervous that its happening so soon. Any thoughts? Thx

I started getting SI pain around 12 weeks. I highly suggest going to physical therapy. I only had 3 sessions and it has pretty much been gone since 18 weeks.  I'm almost 31 weeks and if I feel even the slightest ache, I do my stretches and it is gone. I'm a nurse so I'm always on my feet. PT will teach you what is right for your body. Good luck!

Every one experiences different things that are mormal. I have severe back pain and the doctor told me since I'm getting it so early on (9 weeks) it will only get worse! Boy was she right I'm almost 13 weeks and the pain is horrible I can't stand for long periods of time time if I'm sitting it hurts walking etc only feels a little better when I lay down in bed.
