Pierced nipples

Any ladies with piercings? Its such a debate on taking them out to breastfeed, I kinda do not want to considering I love themmmm and I would just pump and bottle feed. But I kind of want to try to breastfeed but my doctor said if I want to breastfeed I need to take them out before the baby is here so the holes have time to close because it can be to much milk for the baby at once. They do not bug me one bit I have sore boobs but nothing I can't handle. What's your guys opinions? What are you gonna do ? Its such a hard decision :/ lol
