New Job...when to mention pregnancy?

Hello all, I just started a new job 2 days ago and since I am not showing yet I wasn't sure whether I should mention my being 20weeks pregnant. How would I go about talking to my boss and when should I have this conversation with her?

I would mention it soon just so they can give you a replacement. Certain jobs though won't give you certain maternity benefits  if you haven't been there a required amount of time so look into their rules

You're not "required" to tell them that you're pregnant. Personally I would tell them now that you actually have the job. They can't fire you if you're pregnant, BUT maybe if you would've told them in the interview they might've made up a diff excuse to not hire you, ya know? You have the job. You should be good.
