Relationship

I've been in a on and off relationship for 7 years now. Yes we've had our problems and our difficulties but we have so much love for each other that we managed to work through them. We haven't been seeing eye to eye lately and I guess we're taking a "break" so to speak. Problem is I didn't know that we were on a break. We haven't talked that much in about a week and now I'm starting to get suspicious. I'm not sure how he's feeling or what he wants. I don't know what to do. Any advice?
