Sometimes painful boobies

Sometimes after feeding/pumping my boobs hurt, not the nipple, my actual breast, usually the outside, it's like a pulling sensation, sometimes it's in both, sometimes just 1, sometimes it doesn't hurt. Anyone else get this?
