Horrible acne from being pregnant, anyone else?

I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant and for about the last month my skin has went off the deep end, my face is so broke out I can't even go out with no make up on I have a new zit everyday and it's so dry! What do i do? I've never had this bad of acne before. I wash my face everyday but nothing is working! 😰

My back has exploded with backne and im so pissed. Still planning on a "no pants, dresses only" summer, but now my back looks terrible.

My jaw line, chest, and back broke out bad. My Dr finally prescribed me some cream to take the itch away and recommend I use Johnson and Johnson for my new body wash.

And sorry to answer your question, don't mess with it too much. Don't over wash, do start doing lots of things. Exfoliate. Apple cider vinegar as toner helps. There's the Indian healing clay mask & it helps a ton !

My daughter destroyed my skin.. And sadly it got worse after pregnancy (with breastfeeding). Pregnant again after 2 years and my skin is almost clear again (almost 12 weeks). Not sure what I'm having, but whatever it is, thankful the baby is helping my skin

I was just 5 minutes ago saying the same to my hubby!!! My skin is so sore and broke out. I've never had great skin but this is something else. I'm 10+2 today and my skin on my face is painful to touch :(

It sounds like your skin is over producing oil because it's dry AND blemished. I would try the belli brand anti blemish wash (made for pregnant women) and follow up with some witch hazel and a good Unscented moisturizer twice a day. It hasn't healed my breakouts completely but it has helped. It's hard when the blemishes are caused by hormones, to treat.
