Help!

I can not walk seriously without limping and whinning of pain that feels like something is ripping down there, extreme pressure to where when I do get up I immediately have to pee, when I sit down I feel that sharp pain as well. And just started having contractions when I pee... Should I be calling my doctor??? Does this sound like labor to anyone? I don't want to go to the er if not be its VERY painful
