Is AF coming?? Hmmmm

I stopped taking my BCP last month, had my "period" on February 2nd and according to Flow, my period would be due tomorrow if I had a 28 day cycle.  How am I supposed to know when my period will come?  I have no AF symptoms (which I usually do have cramping a few days before).  The only symptom I have today is some CM, which I also had with cramps for a couple days one week ago.  When should I expect my period? Or when should I take a HPT?

Hey girl! A great way in the future is my checking your basal body temp (bbt), you will know whether you're pregnant or AF is coming.

Other wise, since you did just recently get off BC, it's very possible to have irregular periods for a while. Be patient, I know it's hard, but give it a week or so before testing, (unless you just can't wait), but def don't take one until you believe your period is late.

If AF does come though, I'd definetly start checking your bbt & cm! :) (with the combination of the two you'll know whether you're ovulating just yet/when you're most fertile & whether you're pregnant, just late, and if your period will start in a few days or even less)!
