Feeling Extermly tired and dizzy

Hey I am six weeks and this tired feeling is kicking my butt literally..I already Have two a 4 and a half year old and a one and a half year old!! And trying to keep up with them lately has been a bit challenging to say the least.I wanted to know if any of you are going though the same if so and you live in Ny lets meet up and have a mommy date exchange health tips,baby tips and just overall mommy advice lol also I wanted to know who eles is due between october 21-23
