13 weeks later and still no real period...
I had a D&C on Nov 27 for a missed miscarriage. Over 13 weeks later and still no normal period. I did have a little bit of abnormally light bleeding 6 weeks after the surgery. I counted that as a period, but not sure it should really count. Now 53 days into the current cycle and my doc has given me Aygestin (norethindrone) to try to force a period.
I'm scared of Asherman Syndrome (scar tissue from the D&C) which is apparently way more common than I realized.
Scared. Frustrated. Depressed.
Can anyone relate?
