Trying for a baby

Me and my husband of 5 years have been trying for a baby no luck. November last year I was in the hospital for 2 cycest and a fibroid. In which I have not had removed yet. However I have factor five and dvt. So it's really hard to get pregnant or even plain to get pregnant b/c my period is so wired I can go 2 wks on n 2 wks off. I just don't know what to do any more. I had 3 miscarriage but lost 4. I'm 32 y/o. Just having a really hard time thanks.
