Scatty dreams about not being prepared!

So last night a friend of mine went into labour so that was in my mind before bed, I've still got 10 weeks to go and still have things to get like a mosses basket, bottle sterilizer, curtains for nursery, changing bag ... Hospital bag the list goes on and making me feel worse writing it all down lol! But In my dream I had the baby and she was really tiny like a doll remember Beanie babies? Like the fabric dolls well just like that, we had her home and the heating wasn't on and I didn't feed her all day? I changed her outfit about 6 times like u would a doll, it was a scary dream as I woke up and wrote a to do and a to buy list! I feel really in prepared is this normal or am I gonna be a rubbish mummy?
