inplantasion bleeding

Can you get inplantasion bleeding in/on the time of your period

My period was a day late and when it started it was pink-issh but there was sum red in and it lasted for about 2 days and now I just have some spotting it was verry light when it started about a meduim flow the second day not enough to fill a pad and nou just when I wipe the was also a time when I wiped were there was a lot of brown discharge

Please girls I realy need some help here sooo confused and to scared to do a test and get a BFN has this happend to anyone
