Vomiting and extremely loose bowels

Sorry for the TMI, but has anyone else experienced this? Last night I had awful indigestion it made feel so nauseous but every time it would just end up being a huge burp. Finally after a few hours of that I started feeling nauseous again but this time I puked my guts up! Then this morning as I was getting my daughter ready for school I thought I needed to pass gas and ended up soiling myself 🙊 I know diarrhea is common at the end of pregnancy but I can't tell if this is a stomach bug or symptoms of pre-labor. I have a Dr. appt tomorrow so I can't make up my mind whether I should go in or not about this...
