A little bleeding at 13 weeks..

Has anyone experienced any bleeding at 13 weeks?? Yesterday I felt like a wet feeling went to the restroom and there was red, watery blood in my undies. I put a pad and immediately started wiping and checking it out. There was and has been no tissue or discharge mixed with it, just watery pinkish, red blood. Last night it started turning more of a brownish red. Which makes me feel a little better but iam still basically freaking out. I have a home Doppler and I am pretty sure I heard the lil bean last night cause my heart is not as fast but I haven't heard it at the dr yet. I can't call the OB for 3 more hours so I thought I would see if anyone had any similar experience. My morning sickness is here this morning so 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 all is still ok!!!
