Teeth problems

Anybody had problems with teeth that cause complications during pregnancy. I've always been really bad at keeping my teeth good and its super embarrassing. But I just learned how it can cause problems with pregnancy!! I'm kinda freaking out now!! If I become the toothless wonder then I can live with it cause its my fault for being careless, obviously I dont want that to happen but still. But the idea that it can hurt my baby and be my fault is so scary. Ugh!! I'm freaking myself out
