implantation bleeding?

I have read that implantation bleeding last around 3 days, but on Friday I was having intercourse with my boyfriend and at the end I was bleeding but it was very light and it stopped and then it came back like 30mins later it was a little bit, on Saturday it was so light and Sunday I didn't have anything just cream white discharge, now I woke up this morning with light blood and i don't know if it's my period but my boobs hurt a lot. I already had my period this month on February I feel like it's too early, could this be implantation bleeding???
