How are baby's movements at this point?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant today, and have not felt hardly any movements! I'm worried but maybe he's just sleeping? I felt a few foot movements as I ate breakfast, but yet weren't hard kicks and they weren't super noticeable... Anyone else experiencing this?

Different for everyone, mama. Go in for monitoring if you're nervous, though.

There is less of them but they're much stronger.

I would say less. Mostly just random hand movements or foot repositioning. After dinner she gets pretty active and I end up with awful lightning crotch so I'm okay with the smaller movements most of the time.

Bigger baby gets the less room he has to move. Movements will not be as strong as before. If concern you can always call labor and delivery and ask the nurses

My doctor said monitor baby movements and if they stop then call ASAP! I would say if you feel baby moving (even if it's not as much) then you should be fine but if you have any doubts or questions then call your doctor
