Miscarriage!?!

Got my BFP Jan 20th.. had my first ultrasound Feb 11th baby measured 7 weeks with a heartbeat of 150.. went to the ER on Feb 20th sac measured 6w5days but no fetal pole or yolk sac was seen at the moment. . Went today for another US sac was bigger , yolk sac was seen but said they couldn't see the baby.. nurse said I had to have miscarried but my HCG levels are really high still & I haven't had any cramping or bleeding.. drew my blood again today I go back Wed to see if my levels are going down or up or the same.. I'm so confused they can't give me a solid answer.. anyone who has gone thru something similiar?? I really don't knw what to do or think anymore! :(

I haven't gone through this however if baby was once seen & a heart rate was measured & now hasn't been seen the past two times then yeah I would say miscarriage :/ there is a such thing as a missed miscarriage where the body doesn't realize what happened and won't actually "miscarry".

Each machine is different and not all can pick up the same things. I had 2 ultrasounds last week. One on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. Each at different locations. (I have an OB, and a high risk Doctor.) the machine at my OB's office is horrible. They couldn't find my baby for 20 minutes. The pictures were horrible and you could barely see what you were looking at. At my high risk doctors you could see baby instantly. You could see the umbilical cord, the yolk sac, the amniotic sac, and all the little limbs. Each place measured by baby at a different date, lol.

So it's a possibility that the different machines are the reason.
