Hcg levels after MMC??

I had a MMC at 11 weeks. (Baby stopped growing at 8 weeks) that was 2/1. I've been going back every week since then and I still haven't gotten down to >5. I went last Monday and it was 132. I went today and I should know tomorrow. It's been 4 weeks total. How long did it take for your levels to drop? Is this normal?

When I found out on 2/1 that our baby was only 6wks and no heartbeat (thought I was 8), my levels were 41,000. As of today I am less than 5 (negative and no more tests). Took 5 weeks

8 wks. It was a brutal wait.. I was almost 10 wks along but baby measured only 6wks and the heartbeat was gone.

I had a d+c on dec 4th and got blood tests weekly. Wasn't until the 28th of Jan that I finally got a result under 5.

3 weeks after my MMC and D&C my levels were at 56 and then a week later they were still at a 9. I started my first period 26 days after my D&C and at that point my levels weren't back to normal yet. My doctor said it can take some women longer and that the HCG was just hanging out in my muscles/tissues longer. I know it's frustrating, but you will get there! You can even ovulate when your levels are at 25 I believe.
