Ovulation or AF near? Plz HELP‼️

So all day today I have been crampy. My CM is kinda milky/stretchy. My AF is irregular so I can never predict when I'm going to start either. Here is a chart of my BBT maybe it can help??? I checked my cervix for the first time today too, I don't know how to really tell if it's high or low. I'm thinking high, it almost went to my third knuckle and I was open.
