My nephew accidentally hit me in my tummy

Well it's day two and I am spotting pink kinda red just a little . Kinda worried that since my nephew kicked me in the tummy that I might loose this baby . I haven't announced that I am actually pregnant . So far I am trying not to get all the stress since it is not good for me . But I don't think my sister gets it I told her I can't receive any stress due to my condition and to top it off I am off my ADHD medication . She picked a fight today and I just solved it by hey I did what I had to do and now i just have to take care of the last one and we will be ok but she tends to go off. I don't know if she does this on purpose or if it's just her nature
