Red sore patch

Tonight as I was getting ready for bed I noticed a slight soreness between my leg and vagina. I looked with a mirror, and saw a small red patch with a little white in the middle. What the heck is that? Does anyone know what it might be? Have you had anything like this? I'm in a monogamous relationship with my future husband,so I don't believe it's an std. I'm just a bit nervous. Is it something I should go see a doctor about, or is it nothing. Please help.
