HcG levels higher in blood than Urine?? Twins???

So I'm 4 weeks 1 day. When I went to the doc I was 3 weeks 5 days according to my urine and my ovulation chart. But when they took my blood they said my HCG levels were 5-6 weeks. I've read that that might mean twins?? Is that true? Or is having your HCG levels high normal? Thank you!!

Hcg levels are always higher in the blood, that's why you can detect pregnancy in the blood sooner than urine.

I found out im 3 weeks and they said mine is 16810 which they never said anything about it being high or anything so idk. Im kinna wondering if im having twins too. What was yours?

I was 1169 at 4w5d. The range is so huge, it's hard to tell just by the number.

I read somewhere that if u are getting faint/light lines on hpt's but high blood hcg levels, that can be a sign of twins. Can't find where I read it though

What? That's weird. See its weird because mine were 220 but they said that's 5-6 weeks but that seems low. I'm thinking I just ovulated early so I'm farther along than I think I am.

I went today for blood confirmation and exam and my hcg level was 312. They said that means I'm 3-4 weeks. Does that sound right? With my son at 3-4 my level was 68?

I'm 5 weeks according to dr and I'm 1,864 which she said is good range for 5-7 weeks.
