Baby size per app?

So it's something funny/small but has anyone else noticed it taking forever for their app to tell them their baby is bigger than a chocolate chip? I swear he/she has been the same size for weeks now (ok it's been only a week). My husband and I joke that he/she needs to grow. So everyone else further along than I am-when did your baby grow bigger than a chocolate chip and what's the next size? 😄
