Vivid dreams.....

So I'm currently ttc, af due match 8th. Waiting to take a test next week.....but the past two nights I've had horrible vivid dreams and a friend said it's a sign of pregnancy. Is that true? Sunday night I dreamt my mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer (woke up crying hysterically and she's very healthy) and last night I dreamt that I fell into hell and climbed my way out of it. I've never ever dreamt anything like this before
